Surfboard nose guards – G.NOSE
We work up models which we refine until we’re ready for modelling to test them out. Once we have an initial mould, we then test thickness, silicone stiffness and any other characteristics and then refine until we have a product we’re happy with. Finally we test everything with groups of surfers and add this feedback into the product ready for production.
G.FOAM for inside of G.BUCKET
The G.FOAM needed to be UV resistant, water resistant and fit the inside of the G.BUCKET. The holes needed to small enough not catch on your feet getting changed, yet large enough to allow the wetsuit to drain through. The foam also needed to be firm enough to stand on without over compressing. We found a specialist foam cutting company and after several molds later we found the right balance.

The G.HANG is the ultimate wetsuit hanger with 6 hanging spaces for boots, gloves, hood and accessories, a large posting slot for your wetsuit and additional hooks for towels etc. The top hook fits on standard and oversized rails plus it also hangs over the back of a standard door width. It can support up to 15kg of wet kit and as a standard wet winter suit weighs 2.5kg that’s plenty!
